Brianna McCardle is a new attorney with Adams Legal Group. She has spent the bulk of her legal practice representing Plaintiffs in automobile accident, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and employment cases. She has also practiced in estate planning and has represented social security claimants at the hearing level. Brianna also handles divorce and child-custody matters, as well as some criminal defense cases.
Brianna graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law in 2015. While a student at West Virginia University College of Law, she worked as a student attorney in the Veterans Assistance Project section of the clinical law program. She was also a CALI Award recipient in Pre-Trial Litigation, Legal Interviewing and Counseling, and Dying and the Law. In 2015, Brianna received the Pro Bono Distinction Award for public service while attending law school. Currently, she is an active member of the Monongalia County Bar Association, and serves as its Secretary.
